Before leaving the nursery, our plants go through multiple inspections, so that you receive the best quality plants. However as with all living things, they have a finite life which can only be extended if they receive good care. Thus, we cannot give a 100% guarantee whether they may or may not thrive in your homes or offices.
While we try to make sure that the plants that you order look similar to the ones in the images there will always be some variations in the shape and size. You may also request for a picture of the plant that you are about to receive before delivery. If you wish to return or reject the plants you have purchased, you can return the item right away to the delivery agent when it’s been delivered. The amount of that particular plant or order will be refunded within 3-5days.
The plant cannot be returned nor refunded after it has been delivered. Since plants cannot be restored back to the nursery or greenhouse after dispatch and must, unfortunately, be disposed of, we request you that kindly order plants carefully.
Even though we have very stringent checks before dispatching our plants once in a while a sneaky plant not ready to be relocated manages to slip through in such a case we urge you to intimate us within 24 hours so that we can replace or refund (if replacement not available) you.
